(OT) Honeywell RTH6580WF Wi-Fi thermostat - no longer receive notice of internet connection failure

(slightly Offf Topic) I have five Honeywell RTH6580WF thermostats in five buildings that I monitor. I am supposed to receive e-mail notification whenever any thermostat loses internet connection or when its high or low temperature alarm level is reached. Around November 5, 2018 the internet connection failure notifications stopped coming (they should be relatively frequent as internet to two of the five buildings is by a flaky and failing wireless system). I fortunately have not had heat failures so I don’t know if those alerts are still functional. I cannot find any Honeywell specific forums (unlike Sense which has this useful and friendly place) so I don’t know if this is a systemwide failure. Four of the buildings are in one account and the fifth (which is one of the two with weak internet) has its own account. The failure is in both accounts so I’m led to believe that it’s Honeywell where the problem lies rather than me. If anyone else has Honeywell and can confirm or deny my problem please let me know.
