How was your issue detected? An AVR I use for my TV/audio equipment shutoff due to the voltage dropping below what it could correct, lower than 105V.
Did you noticed any other signs of this issue around your home? Had been noticing flickering lights and the AVR kicking in more than usual starting the prior evening.

Luckily I was home to see the AVR kick off, I started monitoring the voltage in the app and once it started hitting 100V I shutdown most everything in the house. Never saw anything on the cause of the issue, outage map showed about 3k customers affected and based on the area it was likely an issue at the substation they had been working at for the last month.
