Always suggesting delete the device then it will be better, which is bullshit. Arguing imaginary energy values out of the blue like “Oh it is OK there is always a few Watts” WHAT??? An ENERGY monitor and your support staff argues - do not care - it is anyway a few watts off!? WTF!??
You either are in the measuring business or not! There is no a guesstimate business - if I wanted to guess or speculate about a load or not I can do this perfectly on my own for free and 100% accurate at all the times. It either draws power or not - yeah right.

This forum is dedicated to helping Sense users. There is nothing in this thread that is beneficial to the Sense user community. I do not know the details of the Support tickets to which you refer and without having all of those details, there really is nothing to be gained from leaving this thread open. I will shoot you a private message.
Regarding accuracy, Sense promises to be within +/- 1-2% of a standard “revenue-grade” meter.
And I’ll add: my colleagues are not AI. Or maybe that’s just what they want me to think…
