Our Whirlpool Cabrio dryer started taking forever to finish a cycle and was spitting out wrinkled clothes. My first thought was to just go buy a new set, but I procrastinated until I happened to notice on Sense that it stopped showing in the end of August and hadn’t shown at all in September. When it was running, it was showing about 2500 watts in “other” rather than 5k watts in the dryer bubble. Replaced the heating element for about $40 and all was well.
