My utility company has has a recorder on their side of my meter.
My Sense device is in it’s own sub-panel between the utility meter and my main breaker panel.
The utility company has recorded NO DATA that has this pattern of rapid spikes and dips.
I have a solar system from Enphase where I also get NO DATA indicating power spikes or dips on from the utility.
I have NOT reset my Sense device. Suggestions appreciated.
