I’ve been a Sense user for a little more than a month and have been having several issues. The most pertinent problem is the solar port stops reporting. This has happen three times now and the only way I can get it working again is to reset the data and go through the setup again. Sometimes it takes several days before it drops off, but today it only lasted a day.
That’s abnormal behavior for Sense Solar. I have a solar Sense and I think I have had the need to reboot twice over the past 3 years. It has come back automatically after power outages and I have never needed to do Data Reset.
I can confirm we are aware of this issue and are testing a hotfix for issues with the middle port failing or becoming disconnected. While there are some things we can do to resolve this, the best thing may be to do is wait for the fix to come, as it should not be extended.
