Make: Sharp
Model: KB-6524PS
How identified: Sense Identification, and later HS110 smartplug
Additional Comments:
Sense found the same model microwave without retraining.
Power Specs:
Please note the potentially conflicting power specs for both input and output.
- Output - one is using the official IEC test procedure (heating 2 500ml beaker of water), the other one is not specified,
- Input - one is 1.5kW power, the other is 120V, 14.5A, which for a normal resistive load would mean 1.74kW. But this microwave is old school, with a huge transformer and capacitor, so I assume that the the max current (14.5A) would be out of phase with the voltage, right at startup. So both specs could be correct.
