Disclaimer: I’m super new to this, like a week in.
Yesterday, the web app power meter was showing a line for solar production. Today, it’s not, but it still shows the solar kW production in the upper left. It shows as “disabled” in the web app settings, but I can’t see how to change that.
Let’s take care of the easy possible solutions first. Can you log out and back into the Web App? It can’t hurt to clear your browser cache either. If neither of those solve it, I think an email to support@sense.com is in order.
