Track voltage over time

Voltage delivered to the house can have an impact on cost. It would be useful to track the voltage delivered on both legs to see if something is wrong or if the Power company is doing something strange or unusual by over delivering power.
The data is there anyway so why not record it and plot graphs. In an ideal world they should be constant flat lines or at least with very little noise. But how do you really know?
