I am a new user and Sense had detected my furnace after about 3 days. Then I did something stupid and accidentally deleted my furnace device from my device list. Will Sense re-identify it or do I need to do something more drastic?
Hi there @lukemalm - welcome to Sense! Sorry to hear about your deletion, a similar thing happened to me with a lightbulb a few days in. Unfortunately, we can’t restore a deleted device through Support.
That being said, it is likely your furnace will be re-detected. My lightbulb was detected within several weeks of me deleting the original model (very different from a furnace, so your mileage may vary.)
Update: Sense was able to find the furnace again within about 24 hours.
