Web UI has blank data but App is not blank

I believe my utility has installed a non-bidirectional meter for my solar net metering so I bought a Sense to prove the case, but the UI isn’t being friendly to me so I can prove my case.

In fact the web UI seems to be completely lost. Any ideas guys? I have a new install on Oct 14th and the app has full data from then till now where the web app has blank data between the 25th (October) through today (in anything above weekly view). I can see data in daily view each day, but the higher level I go, the bigger the gaps.

There have been some issues with the web and the trends tab. I think it has been fixed, but you’ll have to log out and back in. That should update your trends with the latest data.
