App / web page device pages do not finish opening. Unable to get a response from the sense API. Local network and connection to Sense device are fine. Noticing spikes in response time at status.sense.com. 10/5.
Hi @kelv - it does look like there’s an increase in our API response time via status.sense.com, but I’m still able to open home.sense.com and access the device pages without issue. If you’re still seeing the issue in a little while, let me know and I’ll follow up with our team.
Hi does anyone else is having problems to to connect to sense services right now? Or is just me both app and home are not working
Both are working for me on laptop and Android phone. No gaps in daily data.
