Bubbles don't add up

My apologies. What I was referring to was the below quote. The devices on the web page do not match the Android app. I’ve had devices stuck “on” for a month. Now not even a browser cache clear fixes it.

Ah, ok. That’s a bit of a different issue. See this thread: Investigating: Sense shows device is On but it's not (Web App)

However, we did recently issue a fix for it, though it doesn’t seem to be solving the issue for everybody. I’d suggest writing into Support and make sure you tell them what OS and browser you’re using.
