My always on doubles today from what it’s normal daily use has been for months.
The wife started putting out the Christmas decorations and lights. She only has part of them out right now so I’m sure it will increase even more.
Just wondering if anyone else has put out decorative lighting and noticed an increase.
I’ve always wondered how much it cost to do all the decorating as far as electricity goes. Sense will be able to nail this down for me.
I guess we all will be able to better quantify the holiday seasons, if we choose to pay attention - guests, parties, cooking and decorations!
Question: Why is Always On impacted, if electrical consumption is constrained within specific hours of any given day?
If the extra holiday energy use occurs during the hours where your house typically uses the least amount of energy, then even constrained hours can impact Always On. Anything that raises the low water mark usage in your house over the past 24-48 hours will up your Always On.
