Interesting. I’ve never seen that on iOS on my end, same build. Definitely write into Support if you haven’t already.

@RyanAtSense I haven’t had any (significant) dropouts in several weeks. The stability of the smartplugs seems to have also increased. I haven’t changed anything on my end so I have to assume it was fixed in one of the last few firmware/app updates.

Often support teams only hear from customers when there is an issue. Just wanted to say thanks sense team!

Well that’s certainly nice to hear! We’re not seeing reports of the issue coming into Support either, other than for ā€œnormalā€ connection issues.
