Sense has contacted me telling me they have detected solar production at our home and sense is having issues detecting devices. We do not have solar so how do we fix this issues to get sense to work right and start detecting our devices? Has anyone else had this issue?
I’d contact them again for sure. If you don’t have solar then something is terribly wrong.
I can’t visualize how Sense would detect solar.
This would be best handled between you and the Support team directly. It sounds like some installation or setup issue is causing a problem. Sometimes flags can falsely be triggered in situations like this.
