Sense has contacted me telling me they have detected solar production at our home and sense is having issues working right. We do not have solar so I do we fix this issues to get sense to work right and start detecting our devices???

How many CT Clamps are you using?
You should be using only 2, if your using 4 then your install is wrong.
I only have one set of clamps (2 clamps) so I don’t understand why they say there system shows I am making solar production and that’s why I am having trouble detecting devices.
Sounds like you have a bad monitor
