In the time-line thr pool pump shown ON, but there is no bubble. The pool pump is working but shown as off in the device details screen.
I verified that its a correct device. Any ideas what is happening here?
Hey @dmitrysml777. There could be a few things going on here. One is that Sense might be only detecting one component of your pool pump (for example, the motor). I’d recommend reaching out to support@sense.com so they can take a closer look.
