The kind of thing is driving me nuts. Is anyone else experiencing this kind of issue?
This was acknowledged as a bug by Sense almost a year ago, but has not still not been addressed. And now it looks like the support portal has been purged…
Sorry, I’m very frustrated by this.
I mainly notice your bubbles not adding up, solar nor usage doesn’t add up.
I had this problem at one point a few months ago. Some of my days I would have 1 device show it was well over 100% of the … like it might show my total usage for the day 20kwh and show my AC had 30kwh and say 150%. I opened a ticket with support who said sense was missing some of the off triggers. They also said they made some changes that might help and that there wasn’t a fix for it……: but their changes actually fixed it.
