Hi,
My iOS Sense app works fine on my home wifi and on 4G cellular away from home, but when I use it at work connected to the office wifi, the app says “There was a problem connecting to the Sense service. Tap to try again.” Oddly, the live usage view works and I can see how much electricity I am using but “News”, “Devices” and “Usage” are not available.
Is this a known issue or is there something specifically wonky about my office wifi?
