Somebody have problem with Sense Monitor been offline. Got this starting today around 4 AM EST?
Hi @paul.pascaru, welcome to the community! My assumption is that the issue is most likely based on network connectivity, but please reach out to email@example.com if this hasn’t been resolved yet. For reference, all official Sense outages are posted on Sense Status to help the community troubleshoot issues.
Wish will be network connectivity, but sadly is not. Did all the troubleshooting necessary and cannot found any Sense device. I open a support request, but still no response from them.
My app can’t find my Sense monitor (Error Code E2).
App Version 30.2-5ccfcd52
OS: iOS 13.3
