While this issue should be resolved, if you are finding similar issues like this, I would suggest submitting a ticket if you have not already: https://help.sense.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=14479075940371

This is the best way to get issues like this investigated and resolved.
If you have submitted and are talking to another agent you can request it be assigned to me (as this could be a bug).
