Would suggest you file a ticket here and let @JamesDrewAtSense know that some form of the repeated notifications still seems to be occurring.

This is the best way to get issues like this investigated and resolved.
If you have submitted and are talking to another agent you can request it be assigned to me (as this could be a bug).
