@JuliaAtSense Any idea if Sense will ever discover a permanent fix for this reoccurring issue with labs power quality?

Power quality graph updates

Who else would like to see the Labs Power quality graph update more than once every 3-5 days? Would be nice to see this information so we can take action before sustained issues cause major problems.

How long before data appears (Power Quality Experiment)?

While I have been very pleased with Sense for the day I have had it installed so far, I actually bought it for the power quality features rather than the core power usage functionality. Our utility actually provides hourly usage data, so I had at least a decent feel for that, but we frequently have 5-20 second periods where our LED lights will flicker throughout the house with no cause that I’ve been able to determine yet. Questions about LABS- Power Quality

Mine remains a little more than one day behind the current day. [Screen Shot 2021-07-05 at 6.28.17 PM] But the CSV should be for the entire past month ? I only had one on 6/19 but it is coming up in the CSV.
