Since yesterday my system is showing up as offline however I can see the traffic of sense in the router and actually the app is reporting the activity of the devices identified by sense but still shows off as offline, anyone else having problems or this is the end of sense and I didn’t knew
This won’t help with your issue, but my Sense has been offline for 7 hours and will not reconnect to the WiFi. It has been going offline intermittently for the last couple of months and power cycling and other “fixes” have not resolved the problem. My WiFi signal is fine - seems to be the Sense unit that has the issue. Redditors report there is no fix and I should just find another way to monitor my power consumption.
Editorial aside, I find it really odd I can’t find a thread that shows what my Sense system settings should look like, like version number, etc. Can’t think of another system I use that doesn’t have that available to owners. If it’s a firmware update issue, apparently Sense doesn’t want me to know.
@48park have you tried rebooting your router? or temporarily turning off the 5GHz band and let Sense connect to the 2.4GHz network, then turn 5GHz back on? I’ve had other equipment that was super finicky and that’s what I had to do to get it on my network…
My (old, not that old…) thermostat did not like the new mesh router… Had to get a new thermostat… my 2 cents…Gerry
