Sense Reset options

Sense is a great product and is one of my favorite devices that I own but it’s not without it’s flaws. I have owned two seperate Sense meters now and have been using Sense for four years. Over the past four years I have learned a lot about my two different houses and even tracked down several devices that were not working correctly because of Sense. One of the biggest flaws that I believe Sense has is the lack of being able to save the meter data when doing a factory reset on the Sense meter. I would say that the majority of the issues that I have run into in the past four years were fixed by doing a factory reset but unfortunatly I also lost a ton of valuable data when doing the factory reset. It would be nice to be able to do a Factory reset to start over but to also have an option to save the meter data if you’re just trying to reset Sense because of a software issue or do a full factory reset for someone that might be installing the Sense meter in a new house.
