Graphs are still being updated.
Given the 3 hours ahead of my timezone for Sense,
Why haven’t they made a posting and/or corrected it yet ?
I have to admit it has been a while since this happened, but it is clear to me they still don’t have their monitoring under control.
Sending out emails to their customer “your equipment is offline” but it is their centralized server system that is not functioning as intended.
Monitoring their equipment/software is clearly not the thing they prioritize.
I will be leaving the USA in a few months, then I will stop being critical since I will no longer have to deal with Sense.
After communicating with James, it is now clear that my unit is not behaving correctly.
It is still detecting/collecting/sending data to Sense HQ, but it is not able to be reached over what I is assume the API and James tried to ssh into my unit which it also refused.
So a half crashed sense unit at my end.
Will perform power cycle and hopefully some debug information will be send to Sense so someone could do some 1/2 postmortem analysis on it.
TLDR:
Unit was marked as offline , which it isn’t. still sending data
Crashed enough to not being able to reset remotely and through the API marked as offline.

Issue not resolved
despite 2 power cycles, still the same behavior.
Will continue further with James after the weekend.
Even still recognizes individual loads:

Got an email today from James explaining what is going on:
“it appears that after your unit received the latest beta update,
some of the services that communicate with each other stopped functioning properly.”
They are resolving this by removing me from the beta channel and switch me back to stable software.
Who else is now going to tell them their beta firmware is not working properly ?
