I have been using the unofficial API documented here (GitHub - scottbonline/sense: Sense Energy Monitor API) to pull realtime and trend data for an OpenHab home automation system.
The realtime data is acurate however when looking at trend data, I noticed that both in the API and the app (which uses the same api), the trend data is not starting the ‘days’ at the right time (i.e. midnight on the timezone/location set on the Sense Monitor).
In my case, the monitor is set to America/New York, but the daily trend data resets to 0 only at 4AM EDT (which is coincidentally the time difference with UTC).
Has anyone else noticed this ?
