Now?
Just a total complete guess, but could that be the label that’s used when there is no other devices to show? It doesn’t make sense to have an “other” bubble when there is only a single bubble.

When you first install the monitor everything shows as “Other”. “Now” is quite strange, I do seem to think someone else had this issue a while back, I don’t recall ever hearing the reason why but I want to say power cycling the Sense monitor fixed the issue.
