I received this notification that I have an installation issue, CT not fully closed. This is after 2yrs of data collected and approx 40 items identified. I opened my panel and the CT are fully closed and not affected by cover. I don’t understand what the problem would be, everything appears to be working fine. Is it possible that it’s a false alarm. Has anybody else seen this. The last thing I want to do is reset all my data.

If we detect erroneous signals or potential issues with CT’s, we send out this automatic message.
Support will be able to dive in deeper and confirm whether or not we’re seeing an issue and what the best next steps here are.
