This is still an issue. Contacted support to see if there’s an update on this.
I’ll be upgrading my HVAC from a Sense found 2 stage (XL20i) Trane system to a new variable speed (XV20i) Trane system this week. The new system will be reported in Other which doesn’t accumulate correctly with this bug. So, no realistic tracking of usage or than using Nexia.
Not happy with the lack of support on this known issue. Guess they’re busy building new stuff…

I just checked in on this w/ the support team and this bug is being escalated. When resolved, I’ll update this thread.
