We have 2 vacuums and Sense doesn’t delineate between them. Good news is it says Vacuum is on when one is turned on. But it doesn’t know which one it is. Is there a way to get it isolate the individual vacuums?
Pick the vacuum you want identified with the bubble/device detection. When the other vacuum is on and the Vacuum bubble/device detection is on, go into the Manage tab for the Vacuum device and mark it as “This Device isn’t On”. Do that enough and hopefully Sense will incorporate the feedback. Or you can just wait it out for a month or two - Sense might separate the two on its own.
ps: Assuming the two vacuums are very different models ?
