I had an issue where a device was detected in 2021 and there was no data. Worked with support and then got the device deleted from the backend. If I deleted from the app, it showed up between 2 and 3 weeks after.
Now with the October firmware update, the device seems to run for 5 mins, every 30 minutes, and still consumes zero watts in a month /year.
Sounds like it was never fully removed (set to ignore) in the backed. @JamesDrewAtSense might be able to get someone to dig a little more into things. He helped me a while ago with a couple “deleted” devices that got stuck in limbo causing strange issues.
