Sense is online but has no voltage signal

Hi, I have ben using sense solar for a few days, but starting last night, I am getting no power readings anymore. So I checked and saw that the sense is online, There is a red light which indicates it has power. But in the signal it doesn’t detect voltage anymore. I tested with a multimeter and there are 2 110V lines.

Anyone know a fix to this?

Thanks for your reply. I was just trying my luck that maybe there is a quick fix to this. I Already did sent an email to support and just waiting for their reply.
