Mine if half working. Now ON is working erratically and Monitor shows Offline with no IP address but it’s connected to the internet and also to Sense servers.
Currently mine is partially working:
- Energy meter telemetry data coming in but its 5-mins in the past
- Monitor shows as “offline” status
Now the monitor is working but the usage data is missing for about 6 hours. And also missing for 1 hour or so this morning. I hope that this data is not lost.
@joeengr The Sense unit stores data for up to 6 hours. If it was offline for longer, the data cannot be backfilled when the connection is re-established.
