Support Update

The Sense Support team is committed to improving our customers’ experience, with an emphasis on Customer Success, in addition to Support. We recently launched a new Help Center designed to:

  1. Improve the overall visual experience.
  2. Improve our Self-Service which allows customers to navigate with ease.
  3. Update and streamline all articles to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  4. In preparation for our expansion into the utility world, introduce a number of new articles to better serve your needs.

Very nice-looking page, but I did find a missing link on the “can I help sense learn” page, the “report it as not-on” link does not work, it goes here but is not found.
