My sense has stopped reporting data as of 8pm ET exactly. Seems like a funny time for it to be a coincidence.
Just rebooted the device via the breaker after waiting 40 mins and it’s back.
That’s 40 mins of data I’ve lost assuming it crashed. Any one else experience the same?
I’ve since read that doing a hard reboot was a drastic move as it should reboot itself after 6 hours with all the data saved. I just didn’t want to risk losing the data for that long a period. Next time I’ll contact support and await instructions.
