Comes on about 4 times a week, different days, for about 10 minutes. I don’t see or hear anything else running at the time that I can’t identify. Uses 0.1 kWh for being on twice for 20m 54s. Power meter shows a steep straight increase, a few jaggies on top, then a steep straight decrease when it turns off. Could this be defroster on one our fridges? If I pulled the plug could I prove it? Thanks!

definitely looks and sounds like a fridge defrost cycle to me.
