Same monitor, just branded differently. Schneider is an investor in Sense. See this:

There’s a bit more info here: In short, they’re the same product. Both the Sense home energy monitor and the Wiser energy monitor run the Sense app. On the Wiser energy monitor, there is a Square-D edition of Sense which contains all the core Sense functionality and will include specific functionality for the Wiser energy platform over time.

Update: May 2024 - a new Wiser Energy shows a few features that might not be available from the Sense (Orange) monitor and app.

• Enhanced connectivity options through an integrated ethernet port

That explains why we don’t have green as a color option. Yes, I did look for it in the beginning

Yes, they’ll have access to the Sense community.

The wiser app is useless to me… I have to update to ios 16 to use it. It’s only a matter of time before the sense app version i’m using screws me over too.

I have no faith in anything that relies on any sort of mobile device to achieve full functionallity.

A stand alone mac or pc app that has the same features as the mobile apps would be a large plus. The web interface is nice but doesn’t have all the features.
