Yesterday sense was offline for about 30-40 minutes but when it came back it is no longer showing history on the dashboard. I have current information under Now and Meter but it’s not saving history.
Any information on what is happening and when it will be fixed?
I’m experiencing the same problem since Friday night. The monitor is online and reading values but the history shows offline. It eventually updates but it seems like it’s 24 to 36 hours delayed.
Hey @Tru-az & @codyhore, we did experience an outage over the weekend that caused monitors to register offline. Our engineering team immediately worked to resolve this issue. Since then, monitors should be back online; however, some data may need to be populated. Our team is still investigating and working to restore any missing data. I still have this issue on Monday 6/5/2023,
indicating that monitor was offline even though it is online, and network connection test pass fine
Monitor seems to register usage and production in meter graphs, however no history data is available in reports or export for last two days
Hey @bosundstedt, our team is still investigating and working to restore any missing data. At this time, I can’t confirm whether there will be any small amount of data loss.
OK, thanks for reply, so seem to be a system wide issue as have now seen a lot of post about it in several forums. So not and end user issue/my monitor. I do have an ticket open for it for my case from yesterday (Sun 6/5/2023).
I’m not sure if this is part of the same issue, but when looking at the meter, filtering by “DAY” results in a blank screen. Filtering by anything else shows data.
Just to update you all:
The outage that began on June 3, 2023, should now be resolved. Our engineering team has processed millions of backlogged events during the outage, and all reports in your app should now be repopulated and appear as expected.
