RESOLVED: Mobile app (iOS) not loading live readings without restart

We’re investigating an issue where iOS clients are not loading real-time readings without a restart of the app. In some cases, the app will eventually update after a lengthy delay.

We’ve pushed a fix for this with the 26.2 version of the app.
