How do I contact support with a question?
I’d try creating a topic in the technical questions.

So other ideas… I’m unsure if it works but you could try an email to support@sense.com
This forum is full of bad links that lead to nothing.
The website is full of the same issues. This is where they lead home users for support. The link is broken for me.
